Our Guarantee

At Championship Duplication we guarantee that our discs will be delivered to you free of manufacturing defects. If a disc is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the disc at no charge. Please contact a customer service representative for a Return Authorization before returning your product.

Championship Duplication guarantees that your disc will be assembled correctly and professionally and that all printing will be free of manufacturing defects.

Compatibility

We want you to have the best experience possible with our DVD products, so we manufacture our DVDs using only top quality disks to ensure a high level of compatibility with DVD players. Unfortunately, not all players have been correctly designed to read DVD-R (duplicated discs).

If our discs play correctly on one player but not another player, this is a compatibility issue not a manufacturing defect.

We cannot accept returns on custom-made CDs & DVDs for any reason other than defects in manufacturing.

Design Proofs

Electronic proofs will be provided to you to verify content and placement of elements on your CD or DVD artwork. Electronic proofs are not meant to be color proofs. Every computer monitor shows color a little bit differently. If your project requires specific colors, please provide Pantone numbers for those colors. Please note that color variation within and between runs is normal. Championship Duplication does not guarantee an exact match on any of our printed materials.

Championship Duplication is not responsible for compromised print quality due to design flaws from client-provided artwork. All artwork submitted to Championship Duplication must meet the following standards:

• All submitted art work must be based on Championship Duplication templates.
• Any artwork you supply must be sent to us on CD. Please include all of the fonts you used in your design and label all artwork.
• All images must be at least 300 DPI. All images must be saved in CMYK mode for full color products or grayscale.
• We accept Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and PDF file formats.
• Additional charges may be applied if any adjustments are required on submitted artwork. Championship Duplication will notify you before any changes are made.
• Up to two (2) PDF proofs (and revisions) will be provided per project. Additional proofs (revisions) can be requested, but are subject to additional charges.
• Allow 5-7 business days (includes proofing and revisions) for completion of your artwork.

When you approve your proofs, you are accepting 100% responsibility for their accuracy.

Turnaround Times

Championship Duplication will do everything in its power to meet your deadline. However, delays may arise due to outside vendors, revisions to client artwork, faulty client media, delays by our shipping vendors, etc. Therefore we cannot guarantee a deadline.

Please finish the production of your discs before scheduling releases, parties, presentations, etc.

Content

Championship Duplication reserves the right to decline any job based on content that we deem inappropriate, vulgar, or offensive, or any work that attacks individuals, race, religion, etc.

Copyrights

You must own the copyrights or have a valid licensing agreement for all content being reproduced.
